You can submit a withdrawal request through the FXTRADING.com Client Portal. The available payout methods and limits depend on the method and current transaction.
What should I check before withdrawing?
Complete any verification or security task displayed in the Client Portal.
Check the withdrawable amount shown for the selected trading account or wallet.
Review how the withdrawal could affect open positions and available margin.
Use a payout method held in your own legal name.
Review the selected method's minimum, maximum, fee, currency, conversion and processing information.
What is the minimum withdrawal amount?
Deposited-principal returns can currently be submitted without a pre-submission minimum block. Some payment channels nevertheless have an actual minimum and may reject the request during processing. Profit is subject to the current minimum. Successful submission is not final approval.
Why might a withdrawal request be restricted?
The amount is below the minimum or above the maximum for the selected payout method.
The withdrawable amount is reduced by open positions, pending activity, fees or currency conversion.
A verification or security action is incomplete.
The payment method is unavailable or cannot receive the current currency or amount.
A negative balance or profile-wide negative-balance clearing review applies.
A Funds Management account is subject to its applicable redemption or withdrawal process.
Deposited principal: funds are returned first to the original payment method, your own payment instrument and the original currency. Cryptocurrency must use the same network. Principal plus profit: the Portal splits the amount automatically. Profit inherits the non-card principal route and currency currently allocated to the request. Profit cannot be paid to a credit card. Pure profit, including withdrawable Partner / IB Wallet balances: if you have a deposit history, the Portal matches historical deposit currencies to eligible non-card withdrawal routes. If you have genuinely never deposited, you may use the enabled non-card methods currently shown in the Portal.
If the displayed currency, payment method or USDT network does not match your deposit record, or legacy data is incomplete, do not guess or submit repeated requests. Ask for a secure review of the funding history.
If the displayed options do not match the funding history, go to Client Portal → Service Hub → Create Ticket → Payments → Transaction Type → Withdrawal.
Include the withdrawal amount and on-screen unit, desired method or network, the related deposit reference, date, amount and currency, and the exact message shown. You may attach any relevant material that Service Hub currently permits and that you think will assist the review; there is no closed list or guarantee of approval.
How do I submit the request?
Sign in to the Client Portal and select Withdrawal.
Choose the eligible source trading account or wallet.
Enter the amount.
Select an eligible payout method displayed for the transaction.
Review the destination, currency, conversion, fee, limit and processing information.
Complete the required security verification and submit the request.
Open Transaction History and monitor the withdrawal status and action message.
How long will the withdrawal take?
The current matrix lists a withdrawal processing time of 1–3 days for the payment methods it covers. This is not a guarantee of when the receiving provider will credit the funds. See the same-day cut-off and processing table:
Do not submit a duplicate request while an earlier withdrawal remains active. If the record fails, requires action or is past the displayed estimate, contact Customer Support with the request reference and exact status.
