Payment methods can differ by country or region and can change between transactions. Use the methods displayed in the FXTRADING.com Client Portal for your current profile and transaction.
Why can a method be missing?
A payment method can be unavailable because of:
your country or region;
the FXTRADING.com legal entity connected with your profile;
the selected deposit or withdrawal direction;
account, currency or amount eligibility;
verification or security requirements;
payment-provider coverage or maintenance; or
a temporary service or routing issue.
A method used previously is not guaranteed to remain available.
Deposited principal: funds are returned first to the original payment method, your own payment instrument and the original currency. Cryptocurrency must use the same network. Pure profit, including withdrawable Partner / IB Wallet balances: if you have a deposit history, the Portal matches historical deposit currencies to eligible non-card withdrawal routes. If you have genuinely never deposited, you may use the enabled non-card methods currently shown in the Portal.
What should I do?
Sign in to the Client Portal.
Open Deposit or Withdrawal.
Select the relevant source, destination, currency and amount.
Review the eligible methods displayed.
Check each method’s fee, limit, conversion information and processing estimate.
Follow only the secure on-screen instructions for the method you select.
Do not use another person’s card, bank account or wallet. Do not change your address, use a VPN or enter inaccurate information to make a payment method appear.
What if the original withdrawal method is unavailable?
If the displayed currency, payment method or USDT network does not match your deposit record, or legacy data is incomplete, do not guess or submit repeated requests. Ask for a secure review of the funding history.
If the displayed options do not match the funding history, go to Client Portal → Service Hub → Create Ticket → Payments → Transaction Type → Withdrawal.
Include the withdrawal amount and on-screen unit, desired method or network, the related deposit reference, date, amount and currency, and the exact message shown. You may attach any relevant material that Service Hub currently permits and that you think will assist the review; there is no closed list or guarantee of approval.
Never share a password, OTP, private key, seed phrase or any other authentication secret. Do not use another person's card, bank account or wallet, and never send cryptocurrency through a mismatched network.
Can funds become locked because a method is unavailable?
Do not retry repeatedly. Check Transaction History to determine whether a transaction was recorded, failed, cancelled or is still processing.
If a provider debited funds but the deposit is missing, or a withdrawal cannot proceed, contact our Customer Support Team through the Service Hub in your Client Portal with the transaction reference, amount, currency, method, date and time with time zone, and a redacted payment record. Never provide a password, one-time code, full card number, private key or recovery phrase.
