The instruments available to you depend on the trading platform, account type, server, legal entity and current product catalogue.
How do I check the current instrument list?
Use one of these current sources:
the Market Watch or symbol list in the trading platform connected to your account;
the instrument or contract-specification section on the official FXTRADING.com website; or
the product information displayed for the account in the Client Portal.
A product category may be offered without every symbol being available on every account.
Which product categories may be available?
Depending on the account and platform, the current catalogue may include categories such as:
foreign exchange;
metals and commodities;
energy products;
global indices;
cryptocurrency CFDs; and
share CFDs.
The number of instruments and available symbols can change. Check the current symbol list for your account.
Are synthetic indices available?
Synthetic indices are available only when they appear in the current instrument catalogue or trading platform for your account.
If synthetic indices are not displayed, they are not currently available for that account.
How do I check the trading conditions for an instrument?
Open the current contract specification and review information such as:
trading hours;
contract size;
minimum and maximum volume;
price and volume increments;
margin requirements;
commission and swap information; and
any account or platform restriction.
Trading hours can change for holidays, maintenance or market conditions. A product described as normally available outside exchange hours is not guaranteed to be tradable at every moment.
Why is a symbol missing?
Confirm that you selected the correct account, server and symbol group. In MetaTrader, use the symbol-management control to show eligible hidden symbols.
If the issue continues and needs account-specific review, create a support ticket:
Sign in to the Client Portal.
From the left navigation, select Service Hub, then Create Ticket.
Choose FXTRADING.com Platforms, then Available Infrastructure, then MetaTrader platforms.
Provide the account number, MT4 or MT5, server name, complete symbol including suffix, attempted action, exact error, and timestamp.
Track updates and replies under My support tickets. Never provide a trading password or one-time code.
For steps to open Specification and understand its fields, see How do I access contract specifications in MT4 and MT5?.
