Name matching: The name on your FXTRADING.com profile must match the real-name information on your Alipay account.
How do I deposit through Alipay?
Sign in to the Client Portal and select Deposit.
Select CNY, not CNH.
Choose Alipay when it is displayed.
Enter an amount within the displayed limit.
Review the payment details and confirm the transaction.
Complete the payment using the instructions generated for that request.
Open Transaction History and check the deposit record and status.
Important payment instructions
Pay the exact amount shown for the current order.
Do not save or reuse the recipient details from an earlier order.
Pay only from your own Alipay account.
Keep the order or reference number and redacted payment proof until the deposit is credited.
What if Alipay is unavailable?
Use another eligible method displayed in the Client Portal. For a Chinese legal name longer than four characters or containing “·”, choose Global Pay when it is displayed. Do not shorten your name or use another person's payment account.
What if the Alipay transaction fails?
Check whether a transaction record was created before retrying. If the record fails, requires action or is past the displayed estimate, contact Customer Support through the Service Hub with the payment method, exact error text, order or reference number and a screenshot with unrelated payment details hidden. Never share a password or one-time password.
