How do I use the Notification Center and manage notification settings in the Client Portal?

Learn how to open Notification Center, filter and review alerts, view notification history, and choose push or email preferences in the FXTRADING.com Client Portal.

Notification Center helps you review messages sent to your profile. For the current status or available action, always check the related Client Portal record, such as Transaction History, Security, Verification, or the relevant account or service page.

Open Notification Center

  1. Sign in to the FXTRADING.com Client Portal.

  2. Select the bell icon in the upper-right corner.

  3. If a number is displayed on the bell or beside a category, that category has unread notifications.

  4. Select a category to filter the recent messages. If a category is outside the visible tab row, use the arrows at either end of the row.

Each notification can display a title, timestamp and details relevant to that message. The exact fields depend on the notification type.

What do the categories contain?

  • All: Notifications from all available categories.

  • Trading: Orders, executions and liquidation alerts.

  • Funds: Deposits, withdrawals and internal transfers.

  • Announcements: Platform updates and official notices.

  • Alerts: System warnings and security notifications.

  • Activities: Rewards, bonuses and promotional events.

  • News: Market insights and industry news.

  • Account: Security, KYC status and login activity.

  • AI Notifications: AI service notices and task updates.

If the selected category displays No data, there is no notification result for the current view. This message alone does not prove that an account action succeeded, failed or was never submitted.

View older notifications

  1. Open the bell panel.

  2. Select More.

  3. On the full Notification Center page, choose Start date and End date when you need a date range.

  4. Select All or the relevant category.

  5. Use the page controls to review additional results when more than one page is available.

Read the time zone displayed with the notification. Do not assume that its time uses the same time zone as MetaTrader or your device.

Change notification preferences

  1. Open the bell panel.

  2. Select the settings/sliders icon.

  3. On Notification settings, review Alert preferences and Notification status.

  4. Select the global status you want from the choices displayed: Active, Mute for 15 Days, Mute for 30 Days, or Always Off.

  5. For each category, select one of the displayed delivery choices: Push & Email, Push Only, Email Only, or Mute.

After choosing a preference, confirm that the intended option remains selected. If your current build displays an additional confirmation action, follow the action shown.

These controls configure push and email delivery. Changing a preference does not change an order, transaction, verification result, security event or other account record. Do not select a mute option unless you intend to reduce notifications for that category or period.

If a notification is missing

  1. Check the relevant category and, on the full page, the selected date range.

  2. Review Notification settings and confirm that the global status and category delivery choice match what you expect.

  3. For an email notification, check the registered email address and its spam or junk folder.

  4. For a push notification, check whether notifications are permitted for the browser or device you use.

  5. Check the related source page in the Client Portal. For example, use Transaction History for a deposit, withdrawal or transfer status.

Notification delivery can be affected by preference and external delivery conditions. Push and email delivery is not guaranteed. Do not submit a duplicate transaction only because a notification did not arrive.

If you do not recognise a notification

Treat an unexpected login, security, wallet, deposit, withdrawal or trading notification as an account-security or transaction issue, not only as a notification-setting problem.

  • Open the Client Portal directly rather than following an unexpected link.

  • Review the related Client Portal record and secure your account when required.

  • Never share a password, one-time code, private key, recovery phrase or full card details.

  • Follow the account-security guidance if you suspect unauthorised access or activity.

Get account-specific help

If Notification Center does not load, the settings do not remain selected, or the displayed history does not match the related Client Portal record, use:

Client Portal → Service Hub → Create Ticket → More → Other

Include the affected category, approximate date and displayed time zone, expected delivery method, browser or app version, a screenshot with unrelated personal information hidden, and any relevant non-secret reference. Do not include a password or one-time code.
