Add or manage payout destinations in Client Portal before submitting a withdrawal. Only use a destination that belongs to you.
Add payout details
Sign in to Client Portal.
From the left navigation, select Payout details.
Select the payout-detail type currently displayed for your profile.
Enter the required information and complete any security verification shown.
Confirm that the saved destination appears before starting a withdrawal.
Payout-detail types
Local Bank Transfer: Enter your local bank-account information.
International Bank Wire: Enter your international bank-account information.
Cryptocurrency Wallet: Enter the wallet address and select the exact matching asset and network.
Alipay: Enter your own Alipay account.
Other: May include PayPal, Neteller and bitWallet. These destinations cannot be added manually.
Use only the options currently displayed in Client Portal. Options can vary by profile eligibility and transaction controls; a type listed here is not guaranteed to be available to every customer or for every withdrawal.
Mainland China and international bank wires
FXTRADING.com supports international bank wires to Mainland China, but the receiving bank may reject or return a wire because of local foreign-exchange controls or the bank's own rules. Customers in Mainland China should generally choose an eligible local method or Alipay when one is displayed in Client Portal. Receiving-bank acceptance is not guaranteed.
New cryptocurrency-destination cooling period
A newly added cryptocurrency payout destination cannot be used for a withdrawal until 24 hours after OTP verification is completed. The cooling period does not start merely when the address is entered or saved.
Local Bank Requirements
Bank Account Number: 1-34 characters (only numbers and letters allowed)
Bank Name/Branch Name: 1-100 characters (allows all language characters, numbers, and special characters: space, comma, period, hyphen, apostrophe, slash, hash, parentheses)
Bank Address: 1-200 characters (allows all language characters, numbers, and special characters: space, comma, period, hyphen, apostrophe, slash, hash, parentheses)
International Bank Requirements
All bank information must be in English letters, numbers, and specified special characters
Account Holder's Full Name: 1-100 characters (only English letters and special characters: space, period, hyphen, apostrophe)
Account Holder's Address: 1-320 characters (only English letters, numbers, and special characters: space, comma, period, hyphen, apostrophe, slash, hash, parentheses)
Bank Account Number: 1-34 characters (only numbers and English letters)
Bank Name/Branch Name: 1-100 characters (only numbers, English letters, and special characters: space, comma, period, hyphen, apostrophe, slash, hash, parentheses)
Bank Address: 1-200 characters (only English letters, numbers, and special characters: space, comma, period, hyphen, apostrophe, slash)
BSB or SWIFT Code: 1-34 characters (only numbers and English letters) - this is required
IBAN: 1-34 characters (only numbers and English letters)
Note: You must choose either Bank Account Number OR IBAN (one will be disabled when the other is filled)
Crypto Wallet Requirements
Crypto Wallet Address: 1-42 characters (only numbers and English letters)
Alipay Account Requirements
Alipay Account: 1-255 characters (only English letters, numbers, and special characters: period, underscore, hyphen, @ symbol, plus sign)
