One Person, One Profile and Legacy Profile Merge

Understand the one-person-one-Profile rule and how to request a secure merge when a legacy Profile is blocked by duplicate-identity verification.

Each customer may maintain one FXTRADING.com Profile. Use that Profile to create or manage additional trading accounts.

Can I register another Profile with a different email?

No. A different email or email variant (such as [email protected]), mobile number, spelling, identity document or document type does not make the same person eligible for another Profile. Do not create or test another registration.

What if I created more than one Profile before 2025-09-08?

If both Profiles belong to you and the current official Verification flow shows a duplicate-identity message on one of them, submit one merge request from a Profile you can access:

Client Portal → Service Hub → Create Ticket → Account Verification → Other

What should the ticket include?

  • Both registered email addresses.

  • The email address for the Profile you want to retain.

  • The email address for the Profile to merge or no longer retain.

  • The complete message shown in the Verification flow.

Suggested title: Duplicate Profile merge request — retain [email to retain]

Do I need attachments, and how long does it take?

No attachment is required by default. You may attach a redacted screenshot showing the complete error. Do not attach an identity document, passport, Proof of Address, selfie, password, one-time code or payment/security credential unless FXTRADING.com specifically requests supporting evidence through the secure ticket or Verification flow.

The normal handling target is 3–5 business days. This is not a guarantee. The team must review identity, ownership and eligibility and may request more information. Do not submit duplicate tickets.

A merge is not a way to bypass verification. If you do not recognize a Profile or suspect unauthorized access, use the account-security route instead of this merge process.
