Updating Your Registered Residential Address

To ensure the highest level of data security and regulatory compliance, FXTRADING.com utilizes an automated, encrypted KYC (Know Your Customer) system for updating your registered residential address. This process eliminates the need for manual data entry and ensures your personal information is handled within a secure environment.

What if I cannot continue or resubmit verification?

Use the Verification flow in your Client Portal for Proof of Identity (PoI), face or liveness verification, and Proof of Address (PoA). Follow the instructions shown there.

  1. If the Verification flow no longer allows another submission, sign in to the Client Portal.

  2. Open Service Hub from the left-hand navigation.

  3. Select Create Ticket.

  4. Choose Account Verification. Select Invalid proof of identity document or Invalid proof of residence document when the displayed message matches your issue; otherwise choose Other for a general reset or reopen request.

  5. Ask the Customer Support Team to reset or reopen your Verification flow. Include the verification step and the exact message shown.

Do not attach or upload copies of your identity document or Proof of Address to this ticket. Do not send them through email or Live Chat. If FXTRADING.com specifically asks for other additional supporting evidence, upload only those requested supporting documents through the Verification ticket. After the flow has been reset, return to the Verification section in the Client Portal and complete the requested identity, face or liveness, or address-verification step there.

1. Address Submission for Unverified Accounts

Unverified accounts can establish their residential address during the initial Identity Verification (KYC) process without manual input.

  • Automatic Data Extraction: When you upload your Identity Document (ID) or Proof of Address (PoA), the KYC system automatically detects and extracts your address information.

  • No Manual Entry Required: Users are not required to manually type their residential country or specific street details into the portal.

  • System Validation: The system cross-references the extracted data against your uploaded documents to ensure accuracy.

2. Address Updates for Verified Accounts

For verified accounts that require an address change due to relocation, the update process is handled through a secure re-verification trigger.

  • Standard Maintenance: Once an account is verified, additional address submissions are generally not required unless a change occurs.
